Arrived, met with property manager, He explained to me that the owners of the house want a Dehumidifier and want to do a duct cleaning. I asked him what was the reason and he told me that there are people in the family who have allergies. I proceeded to give him different options. Customer told me that he has to present the options to homeowner. Customer is happy with today’s service.
Changed outside Silcock as it was leaking in the gasket by the handle. Replaced inside the wall leading out and no leaks after replacement.
Replace 1/2†copper 90 and attach two couplings repairing the pipe. No leaks were found after water was all turned on
Found filters in the crawl space and changed the 20x24 filter. The other air handler has a rigged filter. (2 16â€x24†filters taped together. Was filthy. Changed it. Recommend a media filter with a new return plenum
Came to customers house for a plumbing tune, water heater well tank was all good. Softener was not running but the customers did not want to have running. Went over problems with the fixtures in the house that the customer would like me to fix so I will be writing up an estimate and giving them a call today on what we can do for them, other than that everything else seem pretty good no running our pipes and should be manageable
1. Disconnected both the hydronic loops and ground source loop from the pump back. 2. Disconnected the line voltage and the auxiliary heat strip from both the air handlers and the electric panels respectively. 3. Disconnected the 24 volt control wiring from both air handlers and the condensation.
